If you dont know me im a diehard funny car nut. My name is Michael Halstead and all I think about besides my wife and kids are funny cars. My parents always told me that if you put your mind to it you can do anything you want in life. Untill I told them I wanted to be a race car driver. Well that money thing just gets in the way. Im not rich or poor but I put my mind to it and I now race in the Nitro classes thanks to John Blanchard, Mark Stuckey and Jeff Gaynor. Im alway open for change as it can be good at times so please inquire. I can fix and drive the truck and trailer, Build cars, Tune Nitro and blown alky cars. The list goes on and my work shows. Special thanks to my wife Tracy for suporting my passion and my mentor Jim Maher for the years of traning and dedication to our youth. If not for Jim I could not have pulled myself out of trouble and gave me light to my passion. I have left out God in my speech for awhile now and realy need to bring it back full time.
