PLAYING LIVE:_____________________________________________________ .. boomp3.com ____________________________________________________________ ______ Born in New York in 1953. Moved to San Francisco Bay Area in 1964, and began playing guitar that same year. Began playing bass guitar at age 17.Formal schooling includes playing in high school and college jazz ensembles.Left college to tour with local northern California top 40 band. Played 150 nights in a row one summer, all over California.In early 70's, worked for Bill Graham at Winterland as a member of the sound crew. Mainly did stage monitor mixes.Has performed on stage with Angela Strehli, Austin DeLone, Mitch Woods, the late Luther Tucker, the late Stu Blank, and also with Joe Lewis Walker (on bass, at a jam), Stevie Wonder (on bass, at a memorial service Oct 2007), plus others-- Janet is writing this and can't remember all right now!Currently plays with Davey Pattison's band as his lead guitarist. Also plays with The Rhythm Doctors and Eugene Huggins Blues Band.Bio still in progress--but it's a start!--Janet

Band Members: Bands I play with:: DAVEY PATTISON BAND, RHYTHM DOCTORS, EUGENE HUGGINS BAND, and JIMMY'S ALLSTAR SHOWCASE every Sunday at Petar's in Lafayette with a different guest band leader (how many bands do I count for that?!). I also play with ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI Church Choir Band in Novato every Sunday morning. AND I occasionally substitute as needed in bands needing a guitar player or bass player, for both studio work and gigs.
