The Night Train Murders

About Me

The Night Train Murders was conceived on a back porch in Gainesville, FL by Mike Waylen and I. We propositioned Steve from the Suicide Bombs to play drums. We recorded a split with Mike Waylen's other project The Skavengers in a warehouse near the airport we practiced in. At a later point we stole Sean Grey from The Skavengers to play guitar for us as well. We made some new songs and recorded a three song demo at Arkain Studios with Mike Maines. Things happened and Sean Grey had to take a break. I asked Sean Monistat to play guitar to which he replied, "that could be fun."
Things happened again. Silo joined the band and the band played some shows - the most notable with MC Chris who turned out to be a complete douche bag. Believe it. We recorded our first full length (11 song) CD with Silo (Message us and get a free copy or something). Things happened. Vinnie from Steve's other project The Sultans of Sin joined the band. More stuff happened. Countless arguments and reconciliations and now we're all better people because of it. The band will play it's last show with everyone who has ever been involved as I feel they're the essence of what made this all mean so much to me over the years. Who knows? Maybe more stuff will happen again.Nick/NTM
