You Should Get a PhD in Liberal Arts (like political science, literature, or philosophy)
You're a great thinker and a true philosopher.
You'd make a talented professor or writer. What Advanced Degree Should You Get?
"Man lives, not for the sake of existence alone, but that he may live well. It is characteristic of his nature that he is constantly seeking a justification for his existence and for his behaviour. Man feels himself to be under judgment of something beyond himself, a part of a reality that transcends his physical nature. For man is conscious not only of what he is, but of what he ought to be and may become." John H. Hallowell: Main Currents in Modern Political Thought
HA HA HA!!! Sexy.
You scored as Severus Snape. Well you're a tricky one aren't you? Nobody quite has you figured out and you'd probably prefer it stayed that way. That said you are a formidable force by anyone's reckoning, but there is certainly more to you than a frosty exterior and a bitter temper.

Books:

When it comes to fiction, you have to live up to The Dark Tower series and The Talisman by Stephen King; they are the best works of fiction ever created. Oh, and Watership Down by Richard Adams. The Prince: Machiavelli, The Discourses: Machiavelli, Art of War: Machiavelli, essentially all of the great Florentine's works, for Machiavelli is God! The Social Contract and all other works: Rousseau, anything by Seneca, Socrates, Nietzsche and Thucydides, Virgil's Aeneid is a life-changing book, Montesquieu, Maurizio Viroli, Plato, Aristotle, Oscar Wilde, the Marquis de Sade (especially The Misfortunes of Virtue), Kierkegaard, Isaiah Berlin,Leo Strauss (even though i am not, and will never be, a Straussian), Alan Moore's graphic novels: V For Vendetta, From Hell, Constantine, League of Extraordinary Gentleman, Sin City: Frank Miller, The Hannibal Lecter series: Thomas Harris, DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons (the far superior of the two): Dan Brown, anything by Nick Tosches (especially In The Hand of Dante), Milton and Dante Aligheri rock my face off, Death in Venice: Thomas Mann, The Art of Memory: Francis Yates, Margaret Atwood's works are superb, Al Ghazali, Al Farabi, Avincenna, Joseph Conrad is wonderful, The Great Gatsby: F. Frank Herbert and the Dune Series are fantastic. Dennis Wheatley scraes the crap out of me, particularly They Used Dark Forces. All religious texts intrigue me, and i will read them all! Any text from Ancient Political Theory, Ancient Greece, or Ancient Rome has a large place in my heart and mind! There are loads more! i have so many books i don't know what to do with myself. Other than read, that is.

Heroes:

Buddha, John Lennon, my Mum and my Dad, and the Unholy Trinity (three very specific professors at Flagler College). Trent Reznor is God, Gerard Way is G-love, and Maurizio Viroli is the patron saint of all that is Machiavelli, and i am his devoted follower. Machiavelli is, and will always be my one true love when it comes to my intellectual forays. He held my hand as i ventured into political science, philosophy and theory, and for that, i am forever in his debt. i will rectify his name in history, one day, one sublime day!!
