About me, my name is Nikolai i,ve been doing beats for a minute now, it all started when i moved to the states from Russia back in 1998 .I always had love for the culture and the hip-hop movement but i never thought i'd be making tracks till one day while working on my back then blues -folk type demo i did my first beat on Triton, it was a wrap after that i did more beats then i could count ,started listening to every hot rap r&b record out there new and old school trying to figure out what im gonna bring to the game thats different and tight at the same time..I did songs with most of the independent artists in Colorado Springs where i lived at the time and was starting to get some serios props and recognition..2003 i finnaly came out to la to go to school at Musicians Institute where i was determined to learn production and engeneering .I was blessed with the opportunity to study under some of the best teachers in the buiseness and meet talanted artists that had love for the music.. Year later i landed a gig at Raphael Saddiq studio as a runner- boy that was fun, i was around some of the most talanted people in the game, some of whom were my idols,there i got a chance to do a remix on formerly TruthHurts now just Truth's album "Ready Now"which was released in Japan. Now im on track to release my own album" Fresh off the Boat" which is due to come out summer of 06 .its an r&b record with some banging production and catchy melodies with meaningfull lyrics ...And of course im gonna give u the hottest most banging beats in the damn industry so remember..
