About Me

The Shins Lyrics

..I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
There's never enough in the languages we know to say what we truly feel. To say it so strongly, that there's never a doubt to our meaning or our honesty. There's never enough of us to give to others what they need. So often we fall short of ourselves, and yet we walk on, hoping blindly that we can be something for someone else. Why is it we keep giving, hoping, yearning for that impossible, impossible thing?
I will tell you why.
Somewhere, in our deep shadows, those things called souls and hearts that make our minds so much more than the things that move our limbs, we long to prove all the hopelessness wrong. To be able to turn our faces to the darkness of the world and say, "I know where the light is from."
Our hearts.

Are you the eldest, middle, youngest or only child?: Eldest on my father's side; only on my Mother's.

What Makes You Tick
What aspect of your personality do you like best? I would have to say my ability to see through other people's lies.
Which aspect of your personality do you like the least? The fact that out of new-found fear I'm wishy-washy.
What are some things about other people that annoy you? Hypocrasy and idiocy.
What are some things about you that might annoy people? Being wishy-washy.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A chef, a ballerina, and a vet.
What is your favorite time of day? Twilight or pre-dawn.
Are your parents still together, never were together or divorced: Divorced for a very long time.
How do you handle arguments/disagreements with other people? Depends on my mood. Sometimes I'm a pushover, and sometimes I'm very defensive about little, silly things.
Would say you are more extroverted or introverted? Introverted.
Are you spiritual? If yes, is your spirituality influenced by organized religion? I suppose so, but I think it's just my own system of beliefs. Even those have been questionable lately.
Name one of your physical traits that you would change if you could: My weight. :p
Name one of your physical traits that you really like: My eyes.
Name something you’d like to do before you die: Say, "You've meant the world to me," and know that I wasn't alone.
If you could back in time to any point of history, where would you go and why? It would probably be either to the Roman Era (pax) or to the Golden Age, during the Renaissance.
Have you ever experienced anything supernatural? I suppose that's all a matter of perception. I had a freakish incident once where I distinctly remember my step-grandfather's ghost hovering over the T.V. in my bedroom when I was four. But that could just be an over-excitable child's dream.
Are you close to your family members? Not particularly. There are many reasons why, but primarily because I deign to be the only one who attempts to stay close.
Name some things in life that you are afraid of? Oh, pah. I don't know off-hand. I suppose being eaten by a shark, but as for phobias, I can't say much besides I hate spiders.
What is your biggest life issue right now? Finding myself, and deciding where I'm going, both emotionally and literally.
