WAR ON WAR
The Outfitters have been buzzing on the Chicago scene since the released their debut album, "Where You From". The Outfitters then followed up with the "Faceless Cowards" Vol. 1 & 2 mix tapes while performing with heavyweights such as 50 Cent, Mobb Deep, NORE, Redman & Method Man, The ROOTS, Ghostface, and the rest of the Wu-Tang Clan to just name a few. Earning street creditability landed them slots on The Mike Love Show (of WGCI) mix-tapes as well. Like Wu Tang, The Outfitters have members to follow-up and carry the torch. Sanction means: being official and setting a rule or regulation, which is exactly what the Outfitters and Sanction do lyrically. Sanction Language is made-up of Mic Messiah and Veza, who have the pedigree to keep the buzz going. The next album to be released this summer is entitled "Chicapolis Now". Sanction Languages style is described as "State of the Hop" - Conscious Edgy. The Source, Cityalert.com, and the Reader have written about their up and coming music.
