About Me

I don't think there's any great mystery about me. I'm just like you, only different in varying degrees, depending on what you're like. Our molecular structures are probably fairly similar, at any rate. But then, I'm no scientist. Are you a scientist?I want what we all want-a chocolate pudding burrito, a magic Tivo that can record programs that don't exist yet, a car that floats, and to go hunting with Dick Cheney. I want Pluto to get a second chance. We kept it around all those years and then just pulled the rug and said it's not a planet anymore? That's heartless, people! Pluto had a reputation in the solar system, to uphold. Oh yeah, I'm also kind of tall. I have many interests and goals. Among those is the completion of my After School Special about the nightmare of diet soda addiction. It's a battle I continue to struggle with myself. For more information, you'll just have to read the blog. Do I really need to spoon-feed you? Create or get your

Hopes and Fears

Not only am I happy about the winner of Tuesday's election. I am maybe just as happy about a certain mind-set that did not prevail. In contrast to Barack Obama's mostly straight-forward campaign, the ...

A New Hope

Yesterday at this time, I had a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. Things weren't going to work out, somehow. This is probably the by-product of being a fan of the Chicago Cubs. I had just see...

Imma ’bout to go off

It's prime-time for blogging. This is both a fortunate and unfortunate truth. The Cubs are treading shaky ground as they approach the post-season. Voter apathy for Obama has surprisingly crept in, whi...
