TREEMO

Treemo is a three piece band located in the town of Växjö in southern Sweden. The band consists of Emil Malmsten (vocals, rhythm guitar, fx), Robert Klaar (lead guitar, synthesizer, back-up vocals) and Dennis Nilsson (drums, drum programming). On record the bass is played by Alexander Carlsson, who also plays drums on the older recordings (Treemo EP, Autumns Eve). Founded by Emil in early 2006 as a project for school; where Emil created most of the music by himself. He later recruited Robert Klaar as a creative partner and by the fall of 2007, Dennis Nilsson joined the band as its drummer.
All recording, mixing, mastering and graphic design/layout is done by Emil Malmsten. Keeping it DIY to allow us full control of the results and the freedom to create whatever we like.
We are currently writing new music to be recorded and mixed as soon as we can afford more studio gear. There are many ideas for songs waiting to be realised and our creativity is blooming. Thank you for listening.
