Good things come to those who dance.

About Me

The pressure of summarising my whole life in to a succinct blurb to satisfy the confines of MySpace are doing crazy things to my psyche.....so I drunk some scotch and decided it was best just to list what's important to me and what makes me happy - friends, scotch, snow, respect, Wes Anderson, music, beer, Terry Rodgers' artworks, boarding, shoes, putting mushrooms in to those brown paper bags at the supermarket, Ron Burgandy, dancing with Pauly like I have the booty to handle it, The Flux Capacitor (It's what makes time travel possible), The Sham, Hunter S. Thompson, the fact that Wade saved Latin, the Superman ride at Movieworld, individuality, big weekends, turtles, the meal Danny and Sandy eat on their date in Grease, Rainbow Brite, low riding pants with a bit of boxer short showing on boys, and living life with no regrets. I'm also making it my mission to help Andy find the guy who told men that comb-over's were an appropriate thing to bust out on the general public. Who was he? What right did he have to invent such a horrid hairstyle?

My Interests

Anything that will entertain my short attention span.

I'd like to meet:

Me...Hunter S. Thompson....a suitcase....some ammunition and fireworks.Oh and Bert Newton....we'd sit around drinking VB, talking about the grand old days on the Graeme Kennedy Show, and he'd let me try on his toupee.Shannon Dunn.Butch Walker.Michael Jackson, Liza Minelli and David Guest all at the same time (just cause it would be one of the most fucked up experiences ever).

Movies:

Back To The Future I, II AND III, Shawshank Redemption, 101 Reykjavik, BMX Bandits, Napoleon Dynamite, Anchorman, Predator, The Dark Crystal, anything animated by Pixar, Heathers, Y'tu Mama Tambien, Trainspotting, Super Troopers, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Human Traffic, Grease I AND II, Best In Show, A Mighty Wind, Waiting for Gauffman (anything by Christopher Guest really), The Notebook, Gleaming the Cube, Point Break (purely for the Anthony Keidis cameo - "That would be a waist of time"), She's Driving Me Crazy (where is Tony Danza nowadays?), True Lies.....many, many more....."Vengeance brought about by hate...and fear. When it points its head in our direction, we take notice and everything changes. The way we choose our friends, the way we protect our families, the way we create enemies out of strangers. Welcome to America.""A construction job of that magnitude would require a helluva lot more manpower than the Imperial army had to offer. I'll bet there were independent contractors working on that thing: plumbers, aluminum siders, roofers....In order to get it built quickly and quietly they'd hire anybody who could do the job. Do you think the average storm trooper knows how to install a toilet main? All they know is killing and white uniforms.""You know how I know you're gay? You have a rainbow bumper sticker on your car that says, "I like it when balls are in my face."""I carried, a watermelon?"

Television:

Arrested Development, Family Guy, Grey's Anatomy, Sunrise.

Books:

Shantaram, Scar Tissue, The Cat in the Hat, Mrs Frisby and the Rats of Nimb, The Wishing Tree.

Heroes:

Shannon Dunn, Torah Bright and the chick who busks with a piano accordian on King St.
