Small Biz owner trying to take care of business. Have ambitious visions to make it big in the next 5 years. Expecting sales receipts of about $400,000 this year, and hopefully a million by next. We'll see if we get there or not...Currently having intenal communication and management problems within the company. "People" is the most important aspect of taking care of business. Take really good care of them to be successful.I'm looking for a recapitalization deal in the next 5-10 years to get bought out for $5-10 million, so that I can go on and start other ventures. I'm currently interested in starting up a: 1) Sake Distribution Company, 2) Full Service Gardening Business, and 3) Something related to ads & marketing. I'm sure other ideas will pop up as I grow older.I tend to go in a shell when preparing things, which I was in for the past 2 years or so. Now that things are starting to get set up, hope to come out of it to do some marketing and sales.
