In the year 2100 life as we know it has changed dramatically. Vampires, Witches, Murderers, Thieves, and all other ruthless criminals walk the same streets as humans, all in constant fear of each other. Crime rates soar as the different species constantly battle over food, land and death of others of their kind.
As the last prison cell made for two is filled with a fifth inmate, the government desperately search for an alternative option to keep these creatures off the streets. The solution to their problems; Springwood Ohio.
One hundred years prior, the town of Springwood had been in perfect harmony. A small town with friendly neighbors and good schools. This was until Freddy Krueger began haunting the nights. With the dreams of an innocent youth Freddy managed to escape his cell of Elm Street and venture out further into the town of Springwood, slowly killing off any residents who did not flee the town. After a month any one who had not run away from the town, was dead.
The government had barely any knowledge of one hundred years ago, and what they did have they did not believe. Due to this, they decided that as it was already uninhabited, they would move the deadliest convicts to this town and have the military heavily guard the surroundings.
For the first year the convicts lasted happily in the place, murdering the weak straight away, and forming gangs amongst themselves. However things soon changed and come 2102 Freddy was starting to emerge once more.
