TELEVISION: Justin has appeared on TV over 200 times. Justin made his debut on “THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN” on April 17th, 1995 at the age of 5. Since then Justin has been a guest on Phil Donahue, Leeza, Mike & Maty, Good Morning America, The Early Show, Today, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, Inside Edition,, Craig Kilborne, CNN, ShowBiz Today, Extreme Cuisine, and many other shows around the country. PUBLICATIONS: Justin is featured in a Scholastics Phonics book for third graders. Justin was on the cover of ATTACHE’ and has been written up in PEOPLE, MR. FOOD, THE MIRROR in England , The TV GUIDE in Germany, and many other magazines in the U.S. and Spain. Justin has also appeared on the front page of the MONEY Section of USA TODAY, and THOUSANDS of Newspapers across the Country.
EDUCATION: Justin is in eleventh grade and has attended one on one classes at Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island during the summer.
APPEARANCES: Justin does book signings and cooking demo’s including many Conventions, Home and Garden Shows, School Assemblies, A taste of Cleveland, Pittsburgh Italian Food Festivals etc..
DESIGNER: Justin designs his own Chef clothes, made by New Chef Fashions in L.A.
SPOKESPERSON/CONSULTANT: Justin has consulted the Marriott Hotel Restaurants and helped develop a kidsine menu. Justin is a National spokesperson for Mix it With Milk and has represented Ragu Express . He is the Heinz Ketchup Kid Connoisseur and has done 7-events for Heinz to date. Justin has represented Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing for their 25th Anniversary, created a recipe and was involved with The World’s Longest Salad Bar in Central Park in New York City.
CHARITY: Justin helped plan, prepare and serve a Thanksgiving dinner for underprivileged kids at the KIDS CAFÉ in Orlando.. Justin is on the Children’s Advisory Board of The Audrey Hepburn Children’s Fund and Kids With a Cause Justin was the Chef Host at 2 Academy Awards Dinners that benefited underprivileged kids in Los Angeles and has made donations to help Children in Kosovo .
