Born Lewis Asbury of Chicago’s Southside, Draztik has seen, done, and been involved in most of what todays “rap actors” claim to have felt. Currently the CEO of one of Chicagos powerhouse independant promotional and management companies Indie Movement, and the "frontman" of NotMajor.com Radio and Entertainment website. With music heavily hereditary, there is nothing to stop this street poet/entrepenuer from rising above the oceans waters. His first recording “Window Payne” released indie did small numbers but truely held his story. From drug trafficing, to theft and gang banging, to being raised in a split home with his father a musician and mother indulged in hardship listeners were able to grasp a view of life and times from his “Window Payne”. Between “...Innovations” and “Ryme 4 Reason” there was a light to shine thru and bridge a new look in Draztik’s eyes, signing to local label “Pacifico Records”. This deal brought upon many performance dates and heavy production from local producer “Aaron B.” and soon lead to the change of pace Draztik brought to the forefront on “Ryme 4 Reason”. Although he introduced himself to the mainstream crowd, he still kept the ears of his conscious crowd ringing.
