First Person Shooter

About Me

It's a cover! It's a parody! It's homage! It's mockery! It's an answer song! It's a hackneyed imitation! YOU'RE ALL RIGHT!

"Seether" Video - !!!NEW!!!

"Tell Me So" Video

My music is 100% computer-generated with software that is either free or pirated. Mostly free though. My sounds do not come out of any "groove box", it is not based around samples, and I don't record on tape. I make all of these sounds up via subtractive synthesis.Electronic music is in my blood. I make music for my own pleasure and pass it on to others with the hope that they enjoy it, or at least think it's funny. Needless to say, if I don't crack you up you don't get the joke. The joke is probably on you anyway. My songs are very simple and repetitive on purpose. I intensify the "one note at a time" limitation by layering tons of synthesizers playing the same note or chord a different way. My songs are poorly mixed and EQ'd because I don't really know what I am doing.I encourage you to seek out the originals of the songs I have covered if you're not familiar with them. Partly to better understand my interpretations, but mainly because they are generally very good.Hopefully some day the anti-rock-dude force that is First Person Shooter will arrive in your town to blow the roof off of your local hipster bar. Please tell me what you think of my songs! If you're in a rock band and have seperate track recordings for your songs, I want to remix you!
