Sometimes it's easy to confuse the Rising Sun with the Morning Star.

About Me

People think they have all the answers. The world is fucked up and everybody thinks that they have the solution. Humanity has been around for many thousands of years, and throughout those years there have been many people a lot smarter than you. I don't have the answer to save the world. And most likely, neither do you. So stop acting like you do.
If I don't know you in person or on the phone or anything and you try to add me without messaging me, you will be quickly and painlessly DENIED. If I don't know you, I will assume you are a huge asshole and that you suck. I'm here for people I know and bands. I meet new people in person.
I don't know myself very well. Other people know me better. So ask them.
As for my political affiliation, I am a Marxist.

My Interests

Real people in real life. Music. My girlfriend (yay or other expression of love). Roger Waters (yay or other expression of love). Terry Gilliam (see girlfriend and Roger). I used to do video games a lot. I still appreciate them, but don't play them as often. Clothing I can afford. Guitar, bass, and piano (though I should practice more).

I am kind of being a writer, but I don't do it as much as I should.

I'd like to meet:

Roger Waters. But I think I'll settle for second best and try for Jesus.

Music:

I am the adversary...

...and must remain...

...the adversary.

Movies:

Information Transit got the wrong man. I got the *right* man. The wrong one was delivered to me as the right man, I accepted him on good faith as the right man. Was I wrong?

Television:

Video games

Books:

Charles Dickens is the awesome.

Heroes:

People with the discipline to accomplish great things and all women who can be strong while understanding that being strong is not synonymous with being a jackass.

I'm sad

This is a long, depressed blog, so you might want to stop reading now.     Okay, let me lay down the groundwork; I used to be a Christian, am not anymore, but still play in the church ...

Estradasphere - King Krab Battle

A bit of red seeped through my closed eyelids.  It was daytime for certain.  I opened them to find myself inside a room not much wider than myself, made of waxy cloth, all white tinged wit...

Santa Cruz

Before the mindblowing, amazing, pants-shitting Estradasphere show, my girl and I were cruising down Pacific Avenue looking at the street performers.  There was one lady with a white accordion pl...

Why Not?

Why not take the train downtown and intentionally miss the last one leaving?  Why not wander about aimlessly for the sake of adventure?  In a warm summer night, with the buildings and the tr...
