My dad's side is 100% Italian. .. My name should have been Vinny Cousintino. Why? Cousintino was changed to Leone when my great-grandfather came over on the boat from Italy. Dad wanted to name me Vinny, which I like, but it settled for my middle name. I could eat Italian food every night..bring on the sauce, garlic, and hot peppers!
Why you ask? .. Cause Michael Vincent Leone was born on this day in 1978...yeah I'm 30, but I look and feel about 21. Most people think I'm a student :)
I am who I am and have come to realize that neither you nor myself are going to change that fact. God created me and gave me this personality for a reason. I'm about as an easy-going and laid back person as you'll find. I'm pretty simple and low maintenance. It doesn't take much to make me happy, but it takes a lot to get me worked up. Save the drama for someone else, I don't need it.
I'm an independent person so I hesitate about getting too close to people. Most times I'd rather be myself and enjoy life than trying to entertain other people. Don't flatter yourself and think that I need you more than you need me. I don't play second fiddle to anyone. If you do it, you're going to get ignored! I'm not a group person and I certainly don't believe in unions. When I do get close I'm usually the person that gets shit on, but that's ok because no one said life is supposed to be fair or easy.
I'm a quiet person and don't like obnoxious people. I'm not much into small talk and don't just talk to talk. If i'm being quiet and not talking, don't take it personal. I'm a thinker and you won't always get the fastest answer from me.
I'm one of the most loyal and honest person you'll meet...so naturally loyal & honesty are very important to me. Support those who support you or interests. If you can't handle the truth then you can't handly yourself. And if you're not honest with yourself, then you can't be honest with no one.
I love being busy and creating things to keep me busy. Sometimes it gets stressful and people question me, but I wouldn't want it any other way. Sure I like to relax and especially take brief naps, but severe boredom is a big fear of mine.
I could be called a perfectionist, but I know I'm not perfect and will be the first to admit I'm wrong IF I'm wrong. Errors and mistakes absolutely drive me insanse. I take pride in everything I do and you should too.

Racing has been my life since I've been able to walk.
I've been on all sides of the fence from being a fan, to media member, to track official, to in a race car on the speedway. I wouldn't know anything different from mid-February through early November. I generally attend between 75-100 races per year and have been to well over 1,500 in my life. *wore racing t-shirts all the time!
*didn't go to prom or homecoming because I didn't want to miss a race!
