About Me

Bill Gage is a musician, songwriter, and the lead singer in the band BILL (1987-present). He is also an actor, starring as "Elvis" in "Elvis's Dream Attack" and featured as "Billy-Troll" in "Drive-In Horror Show", both roles written specifically for him (both movies are scheduled for 2009 premieres). this is Bill Gage's personal myspace page, and is run by his brother john. you can find information here on how Bill is doing, and what he's up to.
Bill says "THANK YOU".
PLEASE NOTE: any friend requests from profiles that are not already myspace friends with the band BILL will be assumed to be spam. please add the band as well to avoid this. thank you!

BILL - 3 songs LIVE: THE SPIDER, ALL MY HEART, BIG FOOT
since this was shot, the band has changed a lot, and now has three guitarists. "HERE IT IS, UM... NEXT SONG… THE SPIDER TIME NOW. HERE IT IS. SPIDERS NOW, READY? ALRIGHT, LET'S DO IT."
Bill sang this as a different type of horror-film story than the original, with lines like "SPIDER TIME", "SPIDER TOWN", "ALL THE TIME", "THERE IT GOES", and a run of "WHY? WHY? WHY?" which could be Bill quoting one of his favorite singers, Yoko Ono.
"THANK YOU VERY MUCH!... ALRIGHT, QUIET, EVERYBODY BE QUIET NOW. (laughs) THIS IS CALLED, UM, 'ALL MY HEART'. (sings) READY. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR…"
Bill starts singing (at 3:18) the moment eric hits an A-chord-- eric is only warming up, but Bill is READY. it looks like i'm waving at Bill to wait when he sings, but i'm really waving at eric and Bill that the keyboard is set. Bill is a little hoarse in part of the song--we had rehearsed the set the night before--but things like that just push him to do more. somehow he seems to be the only one without water...
"WHOO! ALRIGHT! LISTEN, UM,... THIS... IT'S BIG FOOT NOW. (laughs) YEAH, BIG FOOT NOW, READY?..."
i don't know if anyone responded when Bill prompted the audience to repeat "BIG FOOT!" (at 7:06), saying "EVERYBODY SING, IT'S THE BIG FOOT TIME!" and cupping his ear. gaylen and eric marvel at Bill's memory when he announces "BIG FOOT". the rest of us all needed slips of paper to remember the set.
"ALRIGHT, LET'S GO ON A CHOO-CHOO TRAIN NOW! CHOO-CHOO TRAIN…."
Bill says something about the good job the band is doing and announces the next song.

BILL - BIG FOOT
this was shot 10 years after the BAT MAN version of BIG FOOT was recorded. Bill said "I like it". some of the locations relate to our family (our great-grandfather Cyrille Drouin built the red and green houses).
this is the day after Bill's heart surgery. we are all very relieved. he quickly took to saying that he felt "much better". good going, Bill!
