Lotusbay was formed in the summer of 2004 in Buffalo, New York. The blues-rock band has been playing throughout New York State and is currently seeking future dates throughout the Northeast. Band members include drums, guitars, vocals, etc. by Adrian Brady-Cesana and Sam Graci holds down the lowends on the bass, guitars, vocals, etc. Lotusbay plays mainly in the city of Buffalo, but has played shows from Fredonia, NY all the way to Plattsburgh, NY and is continuously searching for possabilities throughout the eastern coast to play their music to as many people as possible. In the summer of 2005, Lotusbay played at Buffalo's Artvoice Street Festival opening up for such groups as Medeski, Martin and Wood, Government Mule and The Benevento Russo Duo. Lotusbay also played Mickey Rats Beach Club, in Angola, NY where such bands as Weezer, 10,000 Maniacs, Vanilla Ice and The Goo Goo Dolls have held shows in the past. Currently, Lotusbay is continuing on with the writing and composition of new tunes, but in the mean time have the LotusBay EP available by contacting the band through their myspace URL or their band's website. Lotusbay's sound consists of a rock n' roll and blues blend, splashed with the likes of soul, r and b and jazz and many other musical sounds and styles. A buzz is being created around Buffalo about Lotusbay and the band continues to look forward to playing to more and more people and giving a revival to those who are also searching for good rock music that dervives straight from the roots of where it all began.
