I'm Matthew, orginally from Glen Burnie, MD thats like 5 miles south of Baltimore, Maryland and 30 miles northeast of Washington DC. I graduated from Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, NC. with an AS in Culinary Art 2006 and AS in Baking & Pastry Arts 2007I hope to own/work at a restaurant/bar/club/music venue/business... anything that can make a profit i will work on. I also want to learn as much as I can about everything related to all my goals... and someone has to know that information... So I'm real big on networking and learning new ideas...
