I am an ex-Somerset bumpkin living in East London, in a broken but beautiful Victorian warehouse. I studied historical dressmaking at the Wimbledon School of Art, have worked for the Globe theatre, Victoria and Albert museum and as a summer school teacher for the National Youth Theatre wardrobe department. I have dabbled in a bit of red carpet couture and ran my own chocolate teapot of a bespoke corsetry label for a while too. See below. I have been a compulsive collector and wearer of vintage clothing forever.
I have just spent the last three years training on and off of Savile Row as a bespoke jacket maker, and now work for Timothy Everest as an in house bespoke tailor, doing all the ‘special’ jobs. Ie: the ones that take forever because they are so fricking complicated.Get Your Own! | View Slideshow
