I'm an active athletic guy... I love doing just about anything outside! I play soccer competitively, and have been playing since I was 5! I try to stay active as much as possible because I'm reaching that point where the metabolism is going to start to head south and the more I can do to keep a hold of it the better off I'll be! Yes, although many would argue the fact (especially the door guys at the clubs!), I AM 31. Fortunately for me I still look like I'm in my low 20's!
