heavy metal and alternative are my favorite, but i listen to a different variety of stuff. i grew up on my fathers' southern rock and "dirty hippie music" and my mother's "sock and poodle skirt hop" i love frank zappa and king crimson as well as songs like "the leader of the pack" and "under the boardwalk." in my cd collection i have the following (small sample); tool, red hot chili peppers, the darkness, trance techno (dont judge me), system of the down, halestorm, flyleaf, pink floyd, pearl jam, mars volta, tenacious d (i love jack black), tomahawk, isis, james blunt,primus, deftones, poison the well, harry chapin, ben harper, the rocky horror picture show and neverending story soundtracks, blue october, muffs, dream theather, pelican, lords of leon, megadeath, n.e.r.d, metallica (my favorite), portishead, marilyn manson, devil driver, stratevrious, evergrey, meatloaf (i love him), drugstore, tank girl and the crow soundtrack, joanne newsome, the mountain goats and countless mix cds.i love to go to shows and concerts, its my "favorite past time." i have seen GWAR 11 times and i enjoy every bloody minute of it. feel free to "rock out" with me.

Movies:

Any horror movie that has lots of blood, and kills the screaming woman in the field that can't stand up (she gives women a bad name). On the topic of blood and killing, I also enjoy SCARFACE-thank god for chainsaws! I also like comedies because who doesn't get tired of Jim Carrey talking out of his ass, or watching the Black Knight say, "its only a flesh wound!" I also love cult classics, like Rocky Horror Picture Show. Also I am in pursuit of watching American Movie Networks top 100 movies of all time.....this may take awhile, espically since I have not started. Of course since I am a child of the 80s I love the Labyrinth , Dark Crystal, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, HEMAN, Beastmaster, Red Sonya, EWOK adventure, Garbage pail kids movie, any Kung-Foo movies and The Last Unicorn. MY all time FAVORITE movie is The Neverending Story.

Television:

I like shows that make me think-Jeopardy, 1 vs 100, the list, law and order SVU, ER, HOUSE and heros. I am also addicted to Court Room Dramas such as The People's Court, Judge Judy, Judge Mathis, and Judge Joe Brown. Of course I love me some cartoons, my favorites include JEM, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ren and Stimpy, and all of the Adult Swim cartoons. i have a HUGE crush on Mike Rowe the host of the discovery channels "dirty jobs" and since we are on that subject I HATE HATE shark week on the Discovery channel, because i have an irrational fear of them (please see illustration-it says alot).
