Biography:
Hey, my name is Mat Halliday and I am the producer/engineer at Minx Recording Studio. I am a seasoned musician/songwriter with 15 years of experience in musical study and performance and I have classical training on 11 instruments. I have spent time studying at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and the Wayne State School of Music among other smaller musical programs. I started Minx 5 years ago as a creative outlet and also to be able to produce high-quality demo's and CD's for my own projects. Minx has since grown into a fully equipped and professional recording studio. Don't be fooled by the fact that the studio is run out of a house; I use top of the line gear with acoustically treated rooms. With my musical experience and my years of recording work with other groups, I can offer a very professional and relaxed experience with a final product that rivals studios costing more than double my rates.
