The quotes section allows members to post personal quotes, famous quotes, or any other quotes for others to read.
The downloads section enables members to link to file downloads, this section is monitored so please no posting any thing illegal. All downloads are ratable by members and can be commented on.
The topsites section enables members to post links to their 468x60 banner as well as give a short description. All clicks are tracked. Members are allowed to vote and rate all websites.
Games - The Populace Place Network is trying hard to allow game makers and flash artist to spread their art to the world. The games section allows users to upload any thing they would like in Flash's .swf format. You will need a flash player from Macromedia.
