The Hershey Amusement Park is located in Hershey PA just outside of Harrisburg , PA. Kennywood Park is another great amusement park. But there are also many more. Flight 93 National Memorial
Flight 93 National Memorial protects the site of the crash of hijacked United Airlines Flight 93 on September 11, 2001, west of Sky Line Road in Stonycreek Township, Pennsylvania . The site will also feature a memorial to the 40 innocent victims of the hijacking, including those who fought back against the four 9/11 terrorists on board the Boeing 757-222 airplane. The current design for the memorial is a modified version of the entry Crescent of Embrace by Paul and Milena Murdoch.
The Delaware Water Gap
The Delaware Water Gap is a mountain pass on the border of New Jersey and Pennsylvania , where the Delaware River traverses a large ridge of the Appalachian Mountains. The Worthington State Forest is to the immediate northeast on the New Jersey side of the border. U.S. Interstate 80 passes through the gap on the New Jersey side, while the mainline of the old Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad passes through on the Pennsylvania side. The Delaware Water Gap is the site of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, which is used primarily for recreational purposes, such as rafting , canoeing, and hiking. 7 Springs Resort Alpine Slide
The Alpine slide is a dry, double-track that is built directly into the side of the ski slope. Riders descend the track on a four-wheeled sled equipped with a handle break for speed control. From top to bottom, riders will enjoy 1,980 feet of downhill thrills. Additionally, guests will be transported to the top of the Alpine Slide via the resort's Cortina Quad Chairlift. There are 2 airports, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport, within the city limits. Since the early days of rail transport in the United States, Philadelphia has served as hub for several major rail companies, especially the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) and the Reading Railroad (Reading).
