I am a fun loving, trying to be responsible, young man. Never been married. No kids. I am very successful in my work and work very hard when I play. Just now coming to the reality that I have hit the 30 year mark. (Took me almost 5 years) Life has been very good to me and I am truly on of the luckiest people on earth. Wouldn't mind meeting a cool girl that I can relate to. (Girls are the easy part relating to them for any length of time seems to be the hard part.)I have been in love many times and would not trade any of my loves for anything in the world. I do know that there is someone out there who is perfect for me - don't know if I have met them or not.I really enjoy going to events. ALL sporting events, I love the theater, outdoor jazz, the beach, parties, (day and night!:) I have to say that staying in with the right company is also incredible. I love to cook and have often thought of telling the corporate world to kiss off and running away to New York (again!)And going to culinary school. My dream would be to have a small six, maybe seven table restaurant were all my patrons would wait in wonder to see what I would create for them that evening.****************************************************

********Update************************************* Less than a month to Graduation and then – That’s right – I will be Chef Markemark!!!!! I can not believe that it is almost here. It has been a tough road that I would not have been able to reach the end of without my Family and Friends. I have a great Chefin’ Job at a private country club here in Charlotte. I am learning great things everyday from the incredible staff that I work with. It looks like Italy is going to be on hold for awhile; I want my skills to be perfect when I go to Europe. The world is at my doorstep and I plan to take full advantage of it. I will graduate Summa Cum Laude with a 3.98 GPA (B+ in one class – Thanks a million Chef Allison) I am so very proud and grateful for opportunities that I have been given. I want the world to know that All Dreams do come true – the recipe? Equal parts of Honest, Integrity, Hard Work, and Passion – mix well - then season with love from Family and Friends.
