About Me
Hello everyone, the name is Justin, and if you're here you probably know a lot
about me as it is, but since this page would be really blank without information, I will
include it.
I currently live in Grand Rapids, MI. Whether or not I am happy about that is a whole
different subject. When I'm old enough, I'll probably be as far away from here as
possible. Same goes for my school, good ol' East Kentwood (I think they would spend
millions on the "Pet Rock" if it was offered to them.) But I didn't come here to bash on
cities and schools.
Apparantely, I'm a pretty sarcastic/witty guy (both my rise and my fall). So you'll have
to forgive me when I insult your mom or crack an "offensive" joke. It's nothing personal,
really. Anything for a good laugh.
English is the most ironical part of my life. I'm what some would call a "grammar
geek," and I guess that may be true to an extent (I do use lol and things like that, I
also speak 1337 in my spare time). I have this tiny problem of correcting people when they
pronounce something wrong or somehow use grammar improperly, but again, it's really nothing
personal, I try to hold back on it, lol. (see?) Remember I mentioned irony, yeah, I
haven't passed an English class in forever.
I'm fascinated with hypercubes and the 4th dimension (they go hand in hand). I try to read
and learn as much as possible about them and they still don't make a lot of sense, but I
suppose that's what "learning" is for. It takes a little imagination to understand, but for more info, try clicking
here . In relation to that, I also enjoy the possibility of time travel, wormholes, warp drives, etc. Call me a dork, but I think it's cool.
My Interests
So what do I watch? What do I listen to? What do I read? Patience people, I will try to
tell you as much as possible (without going overboard).
MOVIES
I am a pretty big movie buff. Mostly a fan of drama and/or horror movies, not to say I
don't like the occasional comedy or action flick, but for the most part my DVD
collection consists of the listed. It also may be important to note that my favorite actor of all-time is Brad Pitt and that I don't really have a favorite director (though I suppose if I had to pick it would either be Fincher,Roth, or Tarantino.) So what movies specifically do I like? Well here's my Top

MUSIC
Here is where you get to make fun of me! If there is anything that someone insults
me for, it would be my taste in music. I love, let me repeat, love, 80's music. My favorite
musician (and one of my idols) is Prince.
Don't ask me to name a favorite song, I can't do it. But really, I could listen to his music all day, however, I don't expect you to like him (though I love you if you do). Other musicians I

I seriously think I want to become a musician, though I am really, really, doubting my abilities right now seeing as I haven't written a single song yet and am not very good at my instruments yet. Oh well.
TELEVISION
I will be blunt, I watch a heck-of-a-lot of T.V. I'm not a couch potatoe per se, I just
like my share of the "idiot box." And at the risk of sounding like a loser, I will keep
this section short and sweet by listing some of my favorite shows (as with the "music"
section, I expect some laughs, okay a lot of laughs)...
-Family Guy: I less than 3 this flippin'
show. It owns my soul. I'm sure there are plenty of you hinting that it's "a
Simpsons rip-off," or "South Park is better." To that I say "no" and "no." Thank
you. Okay, I said I'd shut up now. Other shows are (in no order really):

- 90's Wrestling (I count it as a show, it was great in its time)

Books. Some love 'em, and some hate 'em. Though they aren't as important to me as the
other 3 categories, books do hold a special place in my heart (hoo-hah for
corniness!). Since my arsenal of books isn't gigantic (very miniscule actually), I will keep
this short as well. My favorite author
ever is Chuck Palahniuk, currently I am reading
"Stranger than Fiction" by him. One more to go after that ("Fugitives and Refugees") and I
just have to wait patiently for his next book. There are other books from other authors I
suppose, but not as important to me.
