About Me

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, and raised here. Been here all my life. I love music, writing songs, and occasionally reading a good book. I will be releasing a CD of original songs by the end of april 2008. Stay tuned. In the meantime, you can see me playing live locally with my band RIVERSIDE. I play lead guitar and sing. We do about 60% country, and 40% rock and roll. We have been fortunate enough to play at such venues as Billy Bob's Texas, The Texas Spur, RJ's. Outside of music, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married to Beatlemyn, and step-dad to Zachary and I have a 11month old boy named William. I like to study history, particularly Celtic and British origins. I also study the Bible with Pastor Arnold Murray of Shepherd's Chapel. Other than that, I try to stay out of trouble.MySpace Layouts

My Interests

Guitars, history...music, Telecasters, and am fond of them in general. I also play a 1977 black Les Paul Custom, When I am feeling acoustic, I play a Martin D28. My amp of choice is a Fender Hot Rod Deville 410. For effect I use Ibenez Tube Screamers, Digitech Digital Delay, MXR Dynacomp, and others. . I am really into Celtic history and like to study the genealogy of my family, which hails from Cornwall, England in the 1600's.

I'd like to meet:

Stevie Nicks, Mick Jagger, President Bush, Queen Elizabeth, Carmen Electra, and that little guy from Keebler.

Music:

As far as country, I like George Jones, Patty Loveless, Allison Krauss and Union Station, Charlie Robison (rules!), Dixie Chicks, and Sammy Kershaw. Way too many to list here, really. Since I am a songwriter, I guess I should list some of my favorites in that catagory. Mick and Keith, Lennon and McCartney, John Hiatt, Lindsay Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Bruce and Charlie Robison, Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce, and on and on. Guitarists: Keith Richards (obviously), Mick Taylor, Lindsay Buckingham, Ron Wood, Ritchie Blackmore, Mark Knopfler, George Harrison, Neil Schon, George Lynch, I have to mention Ace Frehley, because when I was ten, he was the reason I started playing. The list goes and on and on.
