I like to ride my snowboard.

About Me

Born in N. Ireland and moved to Canada when I was still a wee ankle biter. I live in Whistler, BC where I try to spend the most of my time doing something other than working too much. So to do that I got an education in sales and marketing, moved to Whistler and got a career in the snowboard industry. I still don't get to ride much! But atleast I get to talk about what I love for work and my office is a 1 minute walk from the base of North Ammerica's biggest ski resort. I married the most beautiful girl I've ever met in Whistler, Lindsay, and we'll live here happily ever after unless I get famous and Nicole Kidman becomes interested. Hey Lindsay would do the same Ewan McGregor called her up!

My Interests

Snowboarding, only when I don't land on my ass, skateboarding, as long as I'm not hitting little pebbles that make me fall and look stupid, and Downhill Mountainbiking, Who knew it was so easy to over the handle bars?

I'd like to meet:

Always wanted to meet Craig Kelly, but since his life was taken in an avalanche, I'll never get the privilage. RIP and thank you for the inspiration to strap on my first snowboard. Other than that I got to session a quarter pipe with Todd Richards and that was pretty dope. So my list of who I would like to meet can basically be narrowed down to anyone who likes to have fun getting their shred on and not take themselves too seriously.

Music:

Woah thats a lot to put down, but I like a lot. From Tribe Called Quest to Lupes Fiasco, Snowpatrol to Metric and the Descendents to the Misfits. Pretty much everything I've ever skated or snowboarded to in the last 18 years. Yikes!

Movies:

Dumb and Dumber. I have no idea what it is about that movie, but I laugh my ass of everytime I see that movie, which is a lot! Plus Loyd Christmas seems like pretty much the raddest character. Oh, there we go, I'd like to meet Loyd Christmas. Sweet.

Television:

Too many shows that would make me loook like I never leave the house so ahh, I'm going to hold off on that one.

Books:

Non-Fiction, life is crazier than anything someone could make up. The best boook that always sticks out in my mind though, "Chickenhawk". yeahs it's war book, but that only provide the setting for one crazy story.

Heroes:

Oh man, I think "The Tick" is the best hero. I loved that cartoon. Yeah... The Tick for sure.

Too much fun in Vegas

Just got back from the Interbike Trade Show in Vegas with our head Bike Coach Brent.  The show was massive and after three days of walking around it, I had gnarly blisters on one foot. ...
