I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm in a BFA program at the Art Institute of Raleigh Durham for Web Design and Interactive Media. I own a rock n roll store that sells designer duds, vintage, records, and whatever other cool stuff I decide needs to be dispersed out into the ether, I work as a freelance web designer for record labels and bands, I'm a painter and a photographer, an ex-chef with a bone to pick, a dog owner of the two most incredibly rewarding pooches on the planet (Spike and Noodle), I own a 1952 Mid Century flat roof house with a seriously awesome garden (by yours truly), I'm a musician with a really strange pedigree and a serious love of true punk and rock n roll. I believe in myself, the people I choose to have around me, and some cosmic freakin' glue that I sniff daily.

People Getting Married Makes Me Feel Sort Of Dead Inside And Other Thoughts

Strange, but true. It makes me sad. Proof yet again that I am a self centered, selfish bastard. I'm getting to that age though where everyone I know or used to know or love or used to love is getting ...

To Break The Silence In This Basement

To The Midnite Rambler and More

There seems to be some miasma lingering in the air. Maybe it's simply the thicker atmosphere I find myself breathing these days, or the darkness of the basement dwelling I call home now, or even perha...

Sort of Reflective, Sort of a Memorialesque Post

This is my favorite Swans song. It makes me think of lots of things, not the least of which is my friends who have died, a couple in particular, but also of the part of me that has died. Life is beaut...

You Got The Silver-

I must thrive on transition, on promise, on heated spaces and smoky quiets full of the sounds of my head screaming about deadlines and obligations and stress. Because I feel pretty damn good right now...
