A product of Hawaii, raised in the "Ti-oven" with a large and interesting family. We probably could make a few good Joy Luck Club stories. I have been blessed to have been born in wonderful family. Though we may have been raised differently than most, They have molded me in to what I am today, good and bad. Hopefully more the former than latter.
I left the islands for many years to be with the one I love. He is an amazing person, showing me the best gift of all. He has always been there to give me love, laughs, comfort and confidence. I know he was meant for me and vice versa. Who else would run up hundreds of long distance phone bills, sing sweet songs about and for me, play Halo and Rainbow with me all night, explain to me the treasures of the bible, debate with me on the secrets of life, and be the designated bug killer and bathroom cleaner. There isn't another out there for me! I've been blessed and we've been blessed, with our beautiful little sweetie, she has been a joy from the beginning. I cherish all the cute and precious things she does, I know she has been a gift from the Lord by her words, smiles and heart.
We were led back to Hawaii, where now we call home. It's amazing the journeys God leads us on, led through the cold, the hot, the near and far. He shows us only a little of the picture, sometimes we get to see a small glimpse but we never see the whole picture. I am glad to let Him lead my life, because so far, He has not done wrong.
