Hi. It's me, Darrell from Fenton High School class of '95. Or you might know me from college, UHA Class of '99 - Hartt School of Music - BFA in MusicTheatre. Maybe you never went to school with me, but worked with me in recent years on a Microsoft Dynamics, Supply Chain, ERP, or WMS project?Before the business years, you might have performed on stage with me in a theatrical performance. Life is great. For those of you that attended school with me, know that I was crazy serious about acting and singing for a good portion of my adolescent life.I continued chasing me dreams through college, received a bachelor’s degree in Music Theatre, and entered into the working world trying my luck atOff-Broadway and (semi-)professional theatre. Truth is: I loved acting as a creative outlet, but despised it as a career. Instead of continuing on a shaky pathfollowing an empty dream, a new exciting path emerged, "Software, Hardware, and Business Technology."
The great people at Maximum Data Solutions (MDS) in Plymouth, MI, gave me the opportunity to channel my creativite energy into the development ofbusiness solutions and services that drastically improve the lives of our business partners and their employees (extending on to all individuals impacted bythe solution.) I'm currently a world traveler for MDS, spending most of my time on the road working with business partners in the role of Supply ChainBusiness Analyst and Consultant.
Most weekends are spent at home with my beautiful wife, "Brienne" and my amazing son Jimmy.
I intend on posting blogs on this space regarding SQL, Supply Chain Management, Dynamics GP, Warehouse Management, and other related topics if anyof you out there express interest.
When Common Rotation goes on tour, Brienne and I enjoy following the guys around. I usually take photos at the concerts and post them on the web. I'llpost some here as well, when I get a chance.
