Nathan [explosion]

Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."
So...a short blurb about me. WELL....I'm Nathan. Nate, Nate Dogg, or Nathaniel work just as well. First and foremost, I am a musician. Music is my life. Now...you may think I'm just another one of those ass holes who say music is their life just so that they sound cool. Well..when your life consists of band practice 4 days a week, listening to music from the time you get home from school to the time you fall asleep, and you pick up a guitar every chance you get....much like I do, then music truly is your life. So don't judge me. Anyway...back to the story. I'm probably about the shyest person you'll ever meet, but I spent too much of my life sitting in the corner so I cover up my shyness with completely asinine behavior. And trust me, you won't know who I really am unless you try to. I hold my friends above everything, because without them, I'm just another face. I like to think of myself as being unique, but that's pretty trendy.. All in all, it's not easy being me, but I'm sure it's harder being you. Disagree?
