..I play guitar, like every other bugger, and write and perform my own stuff. I recorded an EP last year (see www.myspace.com/robstringersound) and hope to get some more recorded soon. I'll put a couple of songs up when I've figured out how, though I struggle with figuring out most power showers so it doesn't bode well. I've been in drama groups and societies most of my life and last year I wrote the music for, and co-directed an original musical which a friend and myself performed in Swansea to great success. I write a little and have written a couple of radio plays and a stage play, and am embarking on a new stage play which will require a hell of a lot of research. (Anyone know much about those restoration era type people?)I also like the travel thing, my most recent jaunts being to Mexico, a charity hitch-hike to Morocco, and Oman where I went to visit my brother who works out there. In September I'll be flying out to New York, Fiji, New Zealand where I plan to work for a few months, Oz, Indonesia and China. I can't wait. I also occasionally get my hair cut.
Whoever invented the Double Decker and shake his/her hand. Finest chocolate bar there ever was.

Not much of a film buff, though I do own (which must mean I like) Almost Famous, Zoolander, Indiana Jones trilogy, Sean of the Dead, Stand by Me, Blade, Memento and others which I forget. I like Back to the Future. Recently saw the Constant Gardener and Serenity. I'd like to see Walk the Line and Goodnight and Good luck soon as well. So there.
Not much into tv either. Since Buffy ended there has been a void in my television viewing habits. I have a dirty habit of watching Lost. I like Family Guy and Spaced and enjoyed Frasier and Northern Exposure when they were on. And Quantum Leap.
Currently reading a multitude of books which I tend to put down after a few chapters and resume after a few months. Reading East of Eden, Jeeves and Wooster collection. I recently read Brighton Rock, Q and A, Going postal and some Chekhov plays. Can't be bothered to think further back than that... Next up is The Woman in White.
Off the top of my head I'll say... Jimi Hendrix and... um... Ghandi. Yeah, Ghandi. He sound like a sensible hero to have. Unless we're talking about superheroes, in which case I'll say Batman. In fact, Ghandi in a batsuit would incorporate both genres quite nicely.
