Blige have helped to mould the sound of TNI, which is a fusion of gospel, ragga, funk, old school and RnB. No two tunes are the same. TNI produced their first video 3 Styles, which was given air play on Skys Channel U, in March 2005. The music video Now That Your Gone mildly looks at gun crime and how it affects the community. Within the video members of the Birmingham community, including gospel artist Spanna, Gleen from Families of Peace and Pastor Derek Webley of the New Testament Church of God, gave their opinions on gun crime and how the community can work together to solve it. Now That Your Gone was also featured on The BBC Midlands Today News, as TNI was part of the Where I Live segment, which focuses on events and people within Birmingham.
