Become who you were born to be.

About Me

Born and raised in Zimbabwe - 5 years of college in Texas. I am now all over Africa running a developmental campaign called Operation Impact - community projects in villages, orphanages and schools across Africa.Operation Impact brings groups of international volunteers to Africa, trains them and places them on projects in and around some of the poorest people on the continent. The volunteers work and play with children, build classrooms and hospitals, farm and teach.Self funding volunteers allow the projects to get valuable assistance and manpower without becoming a financial drain on already struggling organizations. "You give but little when you give of your possessions. You only truly give when you give of yourself." - Khalil Gibran As part of God's call in my life to engage, inspire and impact Africa I am also involved as public relations coordinator for the African Year of the Family - building families as a defense against HIV/AIDS in Africa. If everyone in Africa lived according to God's plan for family life and relationships AIDS would dissappear in a few years. Me working on something like this is some serious irony for those who knew me when I was a student... seems God has a sense of humour and transformed my life through a near death accident that saw me leave the states and return to Africa to fight for the lives of my countrymen. My dream is to see every person discover his or her place in the larger story and play their part well... become who you were born to be. embed allowScriptAccess="never" enableJSURL="false" src="http://lads.myspace.com/slides/photoslider.swf?u=666533 27" enableJavascript="false" allowScriptAccess="never" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="500" height="300"
