The Basement is a clubbing community which originated from holding afterparties in a southside Basement. The first club nights were done for charity in the universal, carnival arts centre and a couple of special nights on the renfrew ferry. They were such a success that we now have a monthly residency at The Soundhaus in Glasgow on the 1st Friday of every month.
Our philosophy is to provide a quality night out for clubbers in a friendly environment, to try to give up and coming local djs the chance to play infront of a crowd, to play the freshest music around, and most of all to party!
the basement resident djs have been the backbone of the after party scence in glasgow for the last 4-5 years, hosting some legendary parties and always playing the freshest tunes.
