BAKED FRESH DAILY continues as one of NJ's finest live Jam/Rock bands. BAKED FRESH DAILY's original tunes plus a nice dose of Grateful Dead, Beatles and Clapton songs laced with fun, creative jams keeps their fans dancing and grooving all night long! BAKED FRESH DAILY will release their 1st CD of all original music in 2007.
Gerry Griffin - Bass/Vocals Gerry has been playing clubs and bars in the NY/NJ area for over 25 years. He was a founding member of the notorious "drunk rock" band, the ALIEN SLAVES from 1980 to 1990. Gerry starting playing with Blind Eddie back in 1990 when they started RUMOR HAZ IT which became GENERAL TSO and finally, TIMES SQUARED. After that, Eddie, Doug and Gerry recruited Miguel in 2001 and BAKED FRESH DAILY was born. Gerry is the owner of The TEMPLE of TUNEAGE, a 24-track recording facility and does live sound and recording for other bands including legendary New York rockers, THE DICTATORS. Miguel Rodriguez - Drums/Vocals From Montclair, Miguel started hanging out with Doug and helped form the band Marshmellow Overcoat. From there, in bands Laws of Nature, Full Moon, Louder than Words, and Dixie Highway, his musicianship grew. He continues to keep busy with many musical projects, among them, The Valley Road Acoustic Band which also has him playing bass guitar. But it is BFD that he calls home for the music that allows him the freedom to jam. Doug Gillespie - Guitar/Vocals Famous Danish comedian Victor Borge once said, "If it ain't happening now, it ain't happening at all." Doug can relate, as he's been making music in the moment ever since he picked up the guitar nearly 25 years ago. It all started with the Marshmellow Overcoat in 1985, a jam band that grew into a band of merry jammers. From there, he spent some time in the San Francisco Bay Area, soaking up the sweet tunes, seismic vibrations, and wholesome juicy goodness of the psychedelic sound. Back on the East Coast, Doug joined up with Blind Eddie and Gerry G. in 1996, kicking off a musical journey that began with Time Squared and continues today with BFD. While dabbling in some side projects to keep it interesting, Baked Fresh Daily is the band that is happening now Ed Warren - Guitar/Vocals (aka Blind Eddie) Blind Eddie started his long musical trek back in the 80's with the band Three Guy's Named Lenny. Having played many shows with Gerry's band the Alien Slaves, it was only a matter of time before they would hook up to form what is known today as Baked Fresh Daily. After several personel changes Blind Eddie considers the current lineup to be the best he has ever jammed with. The band continues to grow and explore new avenues of expression...and thats what music is all about!!!
