Laughing so hard I can't breathe - Smell of parma violets - Southern Comfort on a good day - Emails from those dear to me - The feel of sunshine warming my face - The feeling of absolute power as I push my body to its limit - Pumping music up full blast - Tigger - Smiley faces - Feeling loved - Being able to mak the life of someone else just that little bit better - Cycling through the countryside, leaving all my problems miles and miles away - Receiving acceptance after being fully open with someone - Worshipping God - Receiving someones intimate trust - A hug from a loved one - A simple smile from a child difficult to get through to -Being encouraged or receiving a good mark - Sitting on a rock, alone, beside the roaring sea, or indeed beside the stillness of a remote lake - Making a difference - Knowing God - Loving others - Being loved - The end of exams - The beginning of holidays - Watching children playing -Watching a sunset - Hearing someone say "I believe in you"
