My name is Derek. I was abandoned at birth and raised by television. I'm a terribly mysterious close-up magician, a philosophy graduate, and I'm doing a post-grad in Teaching Adults.
I am one of the founding members of the prestigious G.E. Moore Shift Organisation, a group of like minded magicians whose aim is to change stuff into other stuff in a reasonably interesting way.
I have performed magic in several venues across Glasgow including Mono, The Flying Duck, The 78, and The City Halls, as well as numerous private parties.
I have also played in various heavy rock bands. Some of them are quire good.I have a collection of interesting plastic bags (4), and a collection of 'Terminator 3- Rise of the Machines' lighters (2), and hopefully someday I'll post pictures of them, along with a video of me doing some magic.
