Thanks! "Decision Time" and "Waiting" are my origionals (performed by Flow). "La Garriga" is an origional tune by the great pianist, Bill Gerhardt (performed by Vector Erector). "For You Alone" is an original by Jim Schnefel and is performed by myself and The Schnefel Five. Hope you enjoy! Here's my brief bio...the schlock that I send people for programs and such:Seth Carper is a freelance saxophonist based in Charlotte, NC. He performs on all Saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor and baritone), Flute, Clarinet and Bass Clarinet. After receiving his B.M. in Music Education/Saxophone from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC, Seth was director of bands at Holmes Middle School in Eden, NC. After three years of public school teaching, he decided to pursue his already expanding performance career. Having shared the stage with such jazz greats as Ernie Watts, Vincent Herring, Maynard Ferguson, Antonio Hart, Chris Murrell, Allen Vizutti, Eddie Daniels, and Duffy Jackson, Seth has been in high demand as an improvising and reading musician. Seth has also performed with many popular & classical artists, including Grammy winning groups The Temptations and The Four Tops, The O'Jays, Lou Christie, The Drifters, Black and Blue, The Greensboro Symphony Orchestra, The Piedmont Wind Symphony of NC, , as well as The Reduced Opera Co. of London. In 2007, Seth, as part of the Elisa Pruett Trio, opened up for the Grammy/Oscar winning jazz legend Herbie Hancock. Seth now resides in Charlotte, NC where he leads his groups, the Seth Carper Quartet and The Piedmont Jazz Collective - a modern big band. He is a regular member of Flow, the Brian Sullivan Trio, the Christian Tamburr Quartet, Vector Erector, the Schnefel Five, , and is an adjunct faculty member Davidson College, where he teaches saxophone, and jazz improvisation.
