When I was a boy I improvised a jazzy version of "Suicide is Painless"(the theme to M*A*S*H) on the guitar.
I had a 4 track when I was a kid and I think I blew up my Dad's stereo at some point.
I went to college to study Jazz.
Deep, soulful, rhythms keep me inspired.
I hear music in everything; my feet when I run, an MRI machine, the sirens outside.
Put me in a room with something that makes noise and I'll make a record out of it.
It's been a blessing to do this for a living.
