Home and Away and Neighbours are of course the best, but the OC, Prison Break, 24, One Tree Hill, SCRUBS, and the Channel 4 news at 7. I would say newsnight but Jeremy Paxman scares me, although he's pretty good, and also that would be geeky. Oh and once a year...Today at Wimbledon.
