My name is Robert. Some folks call me Rob, others Robby, and some Cowboy. I am living in Birmingham at the moment, working as a rehab tech for a physical therapy clinic, and I am training with American Fight Club in Hoover in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I am a Christian, saved by the grace of my LORD, Jesus Christ, and though life is sometimes very tough (I have the worst luck in the world...almost), He is always there to see me through.
I enjoy MMA, Alabama football, playing the harmonica, hanging out, singing in the shower, writing, role-playing, swing dancing, working out and walking in the rain.
I dislike stinky feet (oh which i have the worst), bad singers (of which, again...I am the worst), 'friends' who make you feel like you matter and then discard you when you are of no more use to them (but i still don't hate them. I try not to hold grudges, but it's hard), the current state of American society and culture, and possums.
