Skaliosis is a band from eastern Connecticut who help keep the ska tradition alive. From Providence R.I. to Easthampton Mass, legions of ska fans have described the Skaliosis sound as "powerful", "a level above other local acts" and "the tightest live band around".
Formed in the spring of 2002, Skaliosis began playing a mixture of ska-related styles, always incorporating impressive melodies, heartfelt lyrics and (of course) intense, spectacular horns. The now six-piece group has produced nearly twenty original songs, three of which can be heard on their available demo. Skaliosis has played many action-packed concerts at venues such as The Webster Theater, The Living Room, Station 58, Pogos, The Flywheel, and The Met Caf�. The band has been recording their full length for longer than you could possibly imagine and it's only a matter of time before it's ready for release.
