About Me

I’m a very literal thinker... And I seem to laugh at the most inopportune times... I will start to giggle at the slightest amount of stress… my job is highly stressful and some how I am able to find the grain of humor in ALMOST every situation. Sometimes it may seem hurtful, but my intentions are pure of heart; and when I’m done wiping the tears from the uncontrolled laughter I apologize to as many people as I can that I offended, but usually it is contagious and changes the mood of the office. Joy is contagious so give it away just like your co-workers, friends and/or foes give out the flu. Think of joy as the gift that keeps on giving!

http://www.rockyou.com/show_my_gallery.php?source=ppsl&i nstanceid=76115381 What is the point of pissing someone off? It doesn’t really make you feel better and it makes you look bad. Don’t worry, there seems to be an insurmountable number of people in this world more than willing to do the job for you, so let them. Then you come out smelling like roses… besides nobody really wants to be around jerk!

My Interests

.. "Holy Crap Batman" I have toooooooo many interests... Well, real estate is a HUGE interest because it pays the bills and I'm COMPLETELY infatuated with home improvement... I'm learning to tile... well I wouldn't say the right way... but I think from an angle no one will notice! I've gone back to ice skating... not the girlie kind, I have hockey skates... thanks to a die hard hockey fan I am hooked. More to the game then to the skating per say, but ice skating is fun with Hockey Skates. So I guess I should list the rest: Hiking, Sleeping, Singing, Writing Music, Listening to Music, Home Improvement, Painting, Sculpting, and the list will ever increase the moment I think of more...

I'd like to meet:

www.sevenohfive.com - I had this totally funny skit by www.sevonohfive.com... not sure how I deleted it, but I did... you have to take a minute or 30 and check these guys out, they rock!I really am not a “people” person until I get to know you better. But I am totally open to meeting new people... Just do me a favor... If I am at the gym and using the Elliptical Machine, it’s probably not the best time to strike up a conversation...Or better yet...If I am in the public restroom stall next to you, unless you need to ask me, "Do You Have A Square To Spare?", I would rather wait until we have both finished "Business" and washed our hands with soap and water... and are no longer in the bathroom.I don't mean to be difficult, but PLEASE!!!!!!! lolSeriously… I am not joking… even though I am laughing while I type this… come on people… everyone needs some time to themselves. lolMy job’s require depending upon the venue a measure of customer service, BUT I believe that the above situations are valid for “No Talkie”… Am I wrong?

Music:

Okay, so we all have addictions… Don’t lie… You know you do. I am addicted to MUSIC. Even if it’s a pop singer… if the song is good I won’t deny listening to it or having the single or the album. I love listening to all the following and more: Stevie Wonder, Peter Gabriel, Joss Stone, Jack Black, Michael Tait, The Monkeys, Tenacious D, Formerly known as two separate musicians - Jacob Luttrell & Daniel Luttrell who are now: LUTTRELL (Okay, so I was censored by the man, the names are no longer separate. But to me, Jacob and Daniel will always be Sparkey and Bowinkle), Steven Curtis Chapman, Bare Naked Ladies, Kim Clement, Josh Groban, Jamie Foxx, Silent Envy, Etta James (At Last), U2, Chris De Burgh (lady in red), Vanessa Williams, E for Explosion (I hope that everything works out with Ian. Have a blast Christian, can't wait to meet the man that loves my man), Diana Krall, Savage Garden, The Bangles, Brian McNight, Celine Dion, Garth Brooks (To Make You Feel My Love), Bryan Adams, Aerosmith (Pink among other songs), AC DC, Chicago, Ryan Cabrera, Maroon 5, Nickelback (Far Away), Peter Cetera (I want to sing with this man… Love his voice. He has sung with almost everyone else… "So Your Sayin' There's A Chance"!), and the list goes on... PS – Are you missing from the list? Have I forgotten to add you and yet your music is melodiously moving through my page? Drop me a line and I will bring it up a notch Emeril Style.

Movies:

Anything remotely funny even in a bad way... I LOVE LOVE LOVE... For instance - “Office Space”.. width="425" height="350" ....Then there is everything from “Nat’l Lampoons Van Wilder” to “The Incredibles” (Syndrome is an old boyfriend). No wait... must give mad props to all the old school movies as well. Like: "Better Off Dead",.. width="425" height="350" ...."Sixteen Candles" & "Breakfast Club" & "Robinhood Men In Tights"... and then again the list is never ending for the oldie but goodies.I'm not such a girlie-girl that I must have drama or romance... But there are a few occasions a year that I am guilty of crying over "Ever After", "Hope Floats", "The Wedding Singer", "Pride & Prejudice", "The Note Book"...Then there are the movies that you have to get because they are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good like, "Must Love Dogs", "Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit", "Mr. Bean", "Superman" (New & Old), "Indiana Jones" (All of them!), "Swingers", "Elf", "The Grinch That Stole Christmas" and once again the list is never ending... help me out here... tell me some of your favorites.

Television:

I don't have a lot of time to be sucked into the vortex of the tellie, but I will say that when it does catch me I'm drawn in for hours with know proof or substantiating evidence of any positive impact it may have made on my life or those around me. It is very dangerous and elusive and I must have it or it must have me.... Errr, I'm sorry what were you saying? I was watching TV... Oh, so your not going to repeat what you said? Whatever! Just kidding

Books:

Lots-n-lots of books... I like to read about finance and fiction... they are almost one in the same!I also read street signs... Have you noticed how stupid they are getting:
