Hey whats up im DEREK coming from one of the most amazing cities in the world SAN DIEGO California. the most fit city in the US! I like to stay very active and in shape ,fitness is a big passion in my life . Also extreme athletics , snowboarding since was 12 and of course the foundation of extreme sports skateboarding and definitely surfing.IM a huge advocate of the martial arts world! All through my adolescent years i couldnt help but always involve myself in sports.Currently i go to the gym everyday and live a very healthy and active life style I dont drink or smoke and im not into the whole drug thing.Whether it be surfing or training in MARTIAL ARTS - such as -MuayThai ,Taekwondo ..Im always up and enjoy a challenge physicaly and mentaly...( i like to break a mental sweat too)!lol .
