About Me

Strivng to stay open with joy and love for every moment I experience is a constant for me. I love learning and teaching! For me Music, Art, and Living an Ecologically concious life are essential! Sadness overwhelms me because of the suffering of our earth and its people! I pray that awareness and compasssion find me every moment so that I can be an example for others and that they too may be found in the light of joy that radiates from the precious gift of life that has been given to each of us.
