Twenty-five year old DJ/Host Chris Plant hails from Kingston Upon Hull, England, where he performed for over 10 years. He was influenced by DJ’s Chris Evans, John Peel and Chris Moyles. In 1999, he moved to San Antonio, Ibiza and spent the summer performing in a Spanish nightclub called Tin Pan Alley. He worked hard promoting the nightclub on Sunshine Radio.
Chris has performed at East Yorkshires hottest venues, including The KC Stadium, The Attic Nightclub and Lexington Avenue. He has DJ’ed for various radio stations, including 96.9 Viking FM, 13.50MW Kingstown Radio and ITV digital station Ozone Radio in the UK. In 2001, Chris made his American radio debut by presenting for 90FM WWSP in Wisconsin. In 2005 Chris presented for 96.9 Viking FM and worked alongside Foxy and Tom on the award winning breakfast show.
He has appeared at various HMV music stores around East Yorkshire, performing live sets to the public. Chris has performed personally for England International Soccer player Nick Barmby and was honoured to DJ his 31st and 32nd birthday events at his home in Hull. In March 2007 Chris packed his bags and with the support of his family and management team, crossed the ocean and is focused on breaking into the music scene in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In March 2005 he appeared at various HMV music stores around East Yorkshire, performing live sets to the public.
In November 2006, Chris was introduced to Sam and John Crompton of London’s Talent League. The three joined forces and worked hard to promote his DJ work and further Chris’s exposure as a performer.
Chris’s newest venture is with The Talent League down in London. He is working alongside Sam and John Crompton. They are currently working on a brand new radio station, trying to promote unsigned talent.
